The Lost & Found office will refieve all items found today on the following business day. Please call after 9:00am
to allow time to sort newly recieved items or fill in the request form below.
Found items are held for 30 days from the date of loss.
When contacting this office, please have the following information available:
- Description of lost article(s) color, brand, name, fabric, etc
- Route number of the bus
- Date and Time item was lost
- Place (cross streets) you boarded the bus
- Where you were seated on the bus
Or fill out the form below and our customer service staff will contact you if we find the mentioned article. Be as specific as possible in the comment area.
When the Lost & Found office is closed and you believe you may have left an emergency item on the bus such as a
wallet, airline tickets, passports or prescription medications, fill ou the form above and then call the Bauer's Wi-Drive
information office (8:00am - 6:00pm) at (877) 486-6688.
Please note:
- The Information Representative can only assist with emergency items.
- The Information Representative cannot look for lost items as they do not have access to the Lost & Found Office.
- The Information staff does not have direct contact with the bus operator. Your information along with your e-form will be relayed to the proper department.
- As circumstances allow, a best effort will be made to assist in the recovery of your item.
- Bauer's Wi-Drive cannot guarantee retrun of your item.
